The man starts to get super annoyed when the genie starts pestering him to make wishes; waking him up at 3 am when the she KNOWS he has to work in the morning, calling him while on blind dates, walking in on him in the shower. Frustrated, he wishes that she would leave him alone forever. Shortly afterward, he realizes he's in love with her and travels the globe rubbing all the lamps he can to find her.
